The TAMS Pillars Scholarship
Thornton Academy is pleased to announce the Pillars Scholarship. Four scholarships of $5,000 each will be awarded to deserving students entering grade 6 at TAMS. Students must demonstrate dedication to one of the four Thornton Academy Pillars: Respect, Responsibility, Compassion, and Investment.
Thornton Academy's Middle School (TAMS) teaches students from grades 6-8 and is part of the independent school of Thornton Academy (6-12 grades). Our beautiful, newly-renovated building provides a place where middle schoolers thrive in a close-knit community. Collaboration among faculty allows interdisciplinary learning and exploration.
Middle school students living in Dayton and Arundel simply enroll and tuition is publicly funded. Middle school students living in Saco and other surrounding towns are invited to apply for admission at the Middle School and pay private tuition.
