Flu Vaccine Clinic

Thornton Academy is hosting a Flu Vaccine Clinic for Thornton Academy students (grades 6 - 12) and staff on October 19, from 8 am - noon.
The clinic will be held on the stage in the gymnasium.
Students will need to have a completed Consent Form, signed by a parent/guardian, for a student to receive the vaccine. Consent Forms are also available in the Nurse's Office.
All Consent Forms must be returned to the nurse by October 13.
