Romance will be in the air when the Thornton Academy Players perform William Shakespeare’s “Much Ado About Nothing”, a romantic comedy that follows two very different love stories.
One couple, Beatrice and Benedick, argue continually. Despite this, friends launch a plot to make them fall in love. Meanwhile, young lovers Claudio and Hero are victims of deception by the villainous Don John.
The 75 students of the cast, crew, and costuming team include Lillian Bolduc as Hero, Avery Kurkjy as Beatrice, Josh Dube as Count Claudio, Toby Fidalgo as Signior Benedick, Emma Eukitis as Don Pedro, Ollie Dube as Don John, and Lily Lavery as Leonato.
Performances are at the Harry P. Garland II Auditorium on the Thornton Campus.
