Seasonal flu vaccines for students and staff
Thornton Academy will be hosting a Seasonal Flu Vaccine Clinic for upper and middle school students and staff on Thursday, October 20, beginning at 8 am. The clinic will be held on the stage in the Linnell Gymnasium.
Students must have a completed Consent Form signed by a parent or guardian in order to receive the vaccine. Consent Forms are also available in the nurse's office. All Consent Forms must be returned to the nurse by October 13.
