The TA Players will perform the stage musical “9 to 5”, based on the popular 1980 movie starring Dolly Parton.
Set in a late-1970s office, three very different women are pushed to the edge by their sexist, egotistical boss and begin to imagine a better way forward. After an unexpected turn of events gives them the upper hand, they take control of the workplace and transform it into a more fair, supportive, and wildly productive environment.
Packed with humor, heart, and the iconic music of Dolly Parton, “9 to 5” is a high-energy story of friendship, empowerment, and turning the tables.
