Linda Roth has explored school-to-work transitional issues and options with Thornton Academy students since 2006. She works with students as they identify their strengths and interests, explore careers that are a fit for them, and put a plan in place for post-high school training/education. This process includes researching jobs in labor market growth sectors and participating in real life experiences via job shadows and internships.
Mrs. Roth is originally from the Midwest and has worked in both business and education. Her pastimes include hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, books, films, museums, and travel. She has two adult daughters and volunteers with various organizations serving young people.
